The nopal fruit, or thorny pear prickly fruit, is among the plants local to the Sonora Desert, which is in Arizona and parts of California and New Mexico. You can eat desert cactus pears, or prickly pears, in the wake of expelling their solid, sharp thistles. Uncooked desert cactus pears go well in salad plates of mixed greens and smoothies, and you can cook these organic fruits into jams or utilize them in exquisite dishes, for example, spice. They give medical advantages as a feature of a general adjusted eating routine. However, if you can consume all of nopal, why  consume only part(s)? The whole is better than parts. The fruit contains good nutrients but other parts of nopal contains nutrients not in the fruit!
